HotBill grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the Service for your business operations.

You agree not to use the Service for any illegal purposes, or to interfere with the security and integrity of the platform.

4.1 Data Ownership

You retain full ownership of all data, invoices, and records you input into the Service. HotBill does not claim any ownership rights over your business data.

4.2 Data Processing

Our processing of your data is governed by our Privacy Policy. By using the Service, you consent to such processing.

5.1 No Refund Policy

All fees and charges paid for the Service are strictly non-refundable and non-transferable under any circumstances.

5.2 Taxes

You are responsible for all applicable taxes associated with your use of the Service, including GST.

6.1 Use at Your Own Risk & Data Protection

The Service is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. HotBill is not responsible for any data leak, data loss, unauthorized access, or database security breaches. You agree to use the Service at your own risk.

6.2 Indirect Damages

In no event shall HotBill or its affiliates be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising out of your use of the Service.

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account if you violate these terms or for any other reason at our discretion.

These terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Any disputes, claims, or legal proceedings shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Ahmedabad, Gujarat, India.
